We're having a potluck picnic at Hogan’s Fountain in Cherokee park. The group has to rent the facilities so we’ll have a shelter, restrooms, & charcoal grills. We have to pay for the facility ($125) by Aug 5th, so here is where you need to take immediate action. I need at least 45 RSVPs (including your guests) and payment by Aug 4th. For everyone who RSVPs and pays by Aug 4th, you’ll receive a discounted price of $5/person. After Aug 4th the price will be $7/person through October 23rd and will be $10/person the day of the event. The price includes free hot dogs.

If I don’t have at least 45 RSVPs and payments by Aug 4th, I’ll be forced to cancel the event. (Everyone will receive a refund if I have to cancel the event.)

This is a FAMILY event, bring the kids, the wife, the husband, the in-laws; just $5/each until Aug 4.

More details:

• We’ll have the facilities from 9 AM – 7:00 PM (sunset). I figure most folks will arrive around noon.
  
• Everyone is encouraged to bring outdoor games (Frisbee, bad mitten, crochet, volleyball, etc.)
  
• We’ll have open grills (charcoal provided) so feel free to bring things you want to grill.
  
• Since we’ll have a shelter, this event is rain or shine!
  
• This is a potluck, bring something to share!
